The campsite at the Schwanenteich is scenically located on the outskirts of Mühlhausen, nestled between the ridges of the Hainich and the Eichsfeld. The area is the ideal starting point for numerous excursions.
Not only hikes into the local recreation area, but also into the world heritage region Wartburg-Hainich, into the nature park Eichsfeld-Hainich-Werratal or into the historic old town of Mühlhausen with the walkable battlements, on the almost completely preserved city wall.
Delight your family with a day at Mühlhausen's "Thüringentherme", where you can also relax wonderfully in its charming sauna landscape.

The campsite also has 5 sleeping huts for up to 6 people each and one sleeping hut for 3 people. The cabins are equipped with double bunk beds, closet, table + chairs and an electric heater. Rental bed linen is available for a fee. For larger numbers, please book in advance.
